Alertness
The first sign of a true intelligent Girlboss is the ability to be alert. Intelligence means alertness. When you are alert, your perception and observation skyrockets and this helps you in expressing yourself in a more intelligent way.
Too often we say, “Ugh, nobody gets me, no one understands me.” Instead what we want to say is, “I haven’t been able to express myself properly.” When you are able to express yourself in a true and authentic way, there cannot be any misunderstanding. Perception, observation and expression come from a state of alertness.
But the thing is when we are in a state of intense alertness for a very long time, we will feel tired and exhausted. Because it is not in the nature of our brain to be in a state of alertness all day every day, it is therefore imperative for us to relax as well. Unfortunately the only type of relaxation most of us know is the-crawl-in-bed-sleep-kind-of-relaxation.
Please don’t get me wrong here, sleep is extremely important but there is another way we can relax while being in a state of alertness (without drifting off to sleep) and relaxing at the same time, and this my friend is meditation.

Ability to Resolve Conflict
The second sign of a true intelligent Girlboss is the ability to resolve conflicts. Only morons create conflicts. A true intelligent Girlboss knows how to resolve conflicts both within herself and around her.
When a true intelligent Girlboss finds herself in the middle of a conflict, instead of infusing more conflict she will trim it down. In other words, she will resolve the conflict. That is what she does. She has the ability to bring peace and harmony amidst any challenge and knows how to find a solution. And this my friend is another true sign of an intelligent-don’t-mess-with-me-Girlboss.

Humor
The third sign of a true intelligent Girlboss is humor. A true intelligent-don’t-mess-with-me-Girlboss has the ability to find a funny side to every challenge and conflict. Humor is another true sign of intelligence. When you have this light and witty approach to life, you will overcome any challenging situation that may cross your path.

Stress Management
The fourth sign of a true intelligent Girlboss is to not stress out over every little thing, and when the Girlboss DOES stress out, she also knows how to get over it fast. A true sign of an intelligent Girlboss is the b*tch who takes care of herself, and knows how to use her body, mind and energy wisely, and knows how not to overuse it.
She knows that when she overuses her body, mind, and energy, she feels drained, exhausted, and tired, and she has no time for that. A true Girlboss therefore takes care of herself, for it is her precious instrument to serve the world.
