Below are some Ayurveda no-ways and yes-ways for face care;
YES-YES!
- Wash your face twice a day, morning and evening, with a soft herbal cleanser and lukewarm water
- Nourish and moisturize your face daily with the appropriate essential oil.

- Do anti-aging facial massage once every day.
NO-NO!
- No heavy night creams; these clog the pores and cause puffiness.

- No makeup removers with lots of chemicals or heavy eye creams and oils; Ayurveda recommends using cotton dipped in plain vegetable oil to remove eye makeup.
